TRES Traffic Procedures

Trinity Ranch Elementary Family,

We’re excited to welcome you back to school and to our brand new campus! In an effort to ensure a smooth start to the school year, below you’ll find directions for arrival and dismissal for campus. 

The most important distinction our TRES families should understand about our daily traffic flow is that our buses will arrive and depart in the front of the school and our car riders will enter and dismiss from the back of the campus.

Please be sure to check out the information below that applies to your Trinity Ranch Wildcat:

Bus Riders  /  Pasajeros de autobús:

Our buses will enter and exit from Upper Elgin River Road to the front of our campus. Please  do not park in front of TRES on Grist Mill Road in an effort to wait for students or bypass the carline. There will be a crossing guard at the entrance of campus along with staff members to assist with students exiting vehicles and entering the building. Please refer to the map below.

Is Your Wildcat a Car Rider?

Cars for the carline will enter at the rear of the building off of Grist Mill Road via Swenson Road. Please do not come to the campus from Upper Elgin River Road. Car riders will enter and exit from the rear of the campus. There will be a crossing guard at the entrance of campus along with staff members to assist with students exiting vehicles and entering the building. Please refer to the map below.

Our entrances and exits at the front and the rear of the building have coverings that will keep our Wildcats shaded and out of any precipitation.
 

 

Is Your Wildcat Walking or Riding a Bike to and From School?

Students who walk to and from campus each day will be released no earlier than 3:25 p.m. Students who walk to and from campus must live in the Trinity Ranch community. Wildcats who are in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first grade must be accompanied by a parent or an older sibling as they walk to and from campus.

Caminantes/ciclistas:

Los estudiantes que caminan hacia y desde el campus todos los días no podrán salir antes de las 3:25 p.m. Los estudiantes que caminan hacia y desde el campus debe Viven en la comunidad de Trinity Ranch. Los estudiantes de prekínder, kínder y primer grado deben estar acompañados por uno de sus padres o un hermano mayor al caminar hacia y desde el campus.
